When should you call the police in the event of a road accident?
Call the police on 113, just to warn them:
- if there are casualties;
- if there is a difference of opinion about the circumstances of the accident;
- if the other party is intoxicated.

Only contact 113:
- in emergencies;
- in the event of a threat;
- in case of danger.
Provide the following information:
- Your identity;
- the location of the incident;
- possibly your whereabouts.
and give:
- a clear and accurate description of the situation!
Then:
- answer the 113 call taker's questions;
- do not hang up.
