Offences against the road traffic regulations (fines) Motorised vehicles

The Grand Ducal Police Luxembourg provides drivers of motorised vehicles on the road with an extract of the various offences against the road traffic regulations (Code de la route):

• drink-driving (under the influence of alcool);
• distracted driving;
• speed;
• winter tyres;
• stopping, parking and parking spaces;
• active / soft mobility;
• driving bans on heavy goods vehicles;
• 1.5 meter distance when overtaking a cycle.
