Art. 162
- 01 - Failure by pedestrians to use a walkable pavement (24 euros)
- 02 - Failure by pedestrians to use the pavement even when the road is bordered by only one practicable pavement (24 euros)
- 03 - Travelling on a pavement while pushing a cycle or carrying bulky objects, thereby causing significant inconvenience to other pedestrians (24 euros)

- 13-1 - Failure by a pedestrian to enter a crossing with caution and taking into account the distance and speed of vehicles, at a crossing where traffic is not controlled by coloured light signals (24 euros)
- 14-1 - Failure by a pedestrian to give way to vehicles on urgent duty signalling their approach by means of a special horn and flashing blue lights (74 euros)

Art. 162bis
- 01 - Failure to comply with the ban on playing on the public highway (24 euros)
- 02 - Allowing a child under the age of 10 to play on a part of the public highway where he or she is allowed to do so, in such a way as to hinder or endanger other road users (24 euros)
- 03 - Using, or allowing pedestrians aged 10 or over to use, wheeled devices attached to the feet or comprising a board used as a support to move around in places on the public highway other than those where their movement is authorised and signposted as such (49 euros)

- 04 - Allowing a child of less than 10 years of age who is not accompanied by a person of at least 15 years of age to use wheeled devices fixed to the feet or comprising a board serving as a support for moving about in places on the public highway where their circulation is authorised and signposted as such (49 euros)
- 05 - Pedestrians who use or are allowed to use wheeled devices fixed to the feet or comprising a board serving as a support for moving about to obstruct or endanger other road users (49 euros)

- 01 - unnecessary obstruction of other road users by a pedestrian (24 euros)
- 02 - obstruction of a pedestrian by a driver (49 euros)
- 03 - endangerment of a pedestrian by a driver (74 euros)
