In accordance with the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities "Convention relative aux droits des personnes handicapées (ONU) (in French)", the Ministry of Mobility and Public Works (MMTP) has set itself the objective of "transport for all" inclusion, with transport infrastructure and vehicles accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM):

• accessibility in public transport (PT);
• parking permit for disabled people (PMR);
• Adapto transport-on-demand service, which can be booked using an Adapto mobile application that is freely downloadable for Android (Google play) and IOS (App Store);
• Mobibus, a special regular transport service for people with special needs.
