3 The alcohol level is reduced from 0.5‰ to 0.2‰ for:
- driving licence applicants;
- drivers who are in the probationary period;
- driving instructors during practical driving lessons;
- accompanying persons in the context of accompanied driving;
- drivers of vehicles used in express services;
- drivers of vehicles used for the transport of dangerous goods;
- drivers of taxis, hire cars, ambulances and breakdown lorries;
- drivers of buses and coaches, lorries and articulated lorries;
- drivers of all vehicles used for the paid transport of passengers;
- and for all drivers of vehicles who have not yet reached the age of 18.
