Practical modalities

To ensure fast processing of your application, please read the following instructions carefully and follow them step by step:

  1. Create a MyGuichet account.

  2. Create your professional space in MyGuichet.

  3. Search for the procedure TAXI C01: Registration for the information session and obtaining the taxi driver card.”

  4. Fill in the form, sign it electronically, and attach all required documents.

    • Make sure that all requested documents are readable, complete, and fully provided.

    • Uploading only the first page of a document is not sufficient.

    • Each document must be submitted as a single PDF file.

Payment of the Administrative Fee

The application for the driver card is subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of €50, corresponding to a stamp duty.
The proof of payment must clearly state: the applicant’s full name and the registration procedure number.

Finalisation Deadlines

The procedure must be completed within 2 months from the date of submission. If not, it will be closed without further action.

Processing of the Application

Once your application has been submitted, it will be reviewed by our services.

  • If your file is incomplete or not admissible, you will be informed via a file return on MyGuichet.

  • If your file is admissible, you will receive a written invitation (about 10 days before the session) at the residential address indicated in your application. A copy will also be sent to your operator.

Date of the Next Session

The next training session is scheduled for 13 January 2026.

As the number of places is limited to 25 participants, registrations are recorded according to the order in which the files are deemed complete. Applications are processed in the order of their receipt.

However, if a file requires corrections or additional documents due to missing or incorrect information, your registration may not be accepted for the mentioned session.

It is therefore strongly recommended to ensure that all submitted documents are complete and compliant to avoid any delays in processing your application.

Issuance of the Driver Card

The taxi driver card will be issued and sent to the applicant by registered mail within approximately two weeks following their participation in the information session.

The Ministry will also inform the operator by email that their candidate has obtained the driver card.
